Required Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license for Indiana (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CF candidates considered
- Previous experience working with K-12 students in schools or pediatric therapy settings ideal
- Knowledge of IEP process, assessment tools, and progress documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload, addressing receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop goals, and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation for assessments, therapy sessions, and reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help shape the best learning environments for each student
