Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility by start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply
- Previous experience working with K-12 students across a range of speech and language disorders
- Ability to develop individualized education plans and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary school teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in K-12th grade
- Conduct assessments and interpret test results for the development of tailored interventions
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals
- Document student progress, write reports, and maintain appropriate records as required by school policy
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultation to classroom teachers
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student learning and growth
