Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license for the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain one before start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working in a K-12 school setting is ideal
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to organize caseload and manage time effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels, both individually and in small groups
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write comprehensive reports
- Develop and implement effective, goal-driven Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in compliance with school and state policies
