Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in MN
- Preferred experience with middle and high school students (7th–12th grade)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 33 students (grades 7–12)
- Manage an estimated 1,500–2,000 therapy minutes monthly
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Contribute to a supportive and creative school culture at one convenient location
