Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Opportunity
Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) – Open to Part-Time Candidates
Setting: Onsite
Assignment Dates: August 24, 2026 – June 4, 2027
Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to a K–12 student population. The SLP will work onsite, delivering speech and language support to students with diverse communication needs while collaborating with school staff to ensure student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services aligned with students’ IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
Caseload
- Grades: Kindergarten through 12th grade
- Diverse range of speech, language, and communication needs
Requirements
- Active Michigan SLP license (required)
- Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs) are welcome to apply
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.72 to $63.72. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
