Speech Language Pathologist in Cottage Grove, MN

You’ll work within a specialized Setting 4 program supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD), and Emotional Behavioral Disorders (EBD). This highly collaborative role focuses on direct intervention, with no case management duties required, allowing you to dedicate your expertise entirely to student growth and engagement.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota Department of Education SLP or SLPA license
- Open to experienced SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and school-based SLPA professionals
- Previous work with K-8 special education populations preferred
- Strong commitment to inclusive, individualized communication therapy

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-8 students in small-group and one-on-one settings
