What we’re looking for:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Delaware
- DE Department of Education certification
- Previous experience in schools, specifically conducting speech/language evaluations and participating in IEP meetings
- Ability to work effectively with secondary students (grades 8-12)
- Familiarity with developing and updating IEP benchmarks
- CFY, CCC, and teletherapy professionals with school experience are welcome
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for assigned students
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Review 60-day IEPs and update benchmarks to reflect student progress
- Deliver evidence-based speech therapy, using in-person or teletherapy modalities as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
