Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience in a school setting, especially with preschoolers, highly valued
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement therapy plans
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Experience with Birth to Three evaluations is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of up to 20 preschool-aged students
- Perform Birth to Three evaluations as needed, adapting to varying student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings
- Start your workday between 8:30 and 9:00 AM and end by 3:00 to 3:30 PM, working 30 hours per week
