Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Mentor, OH

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure
- ASHA Certification: CF or CCC required
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop targeted therapy plans to address individual IEP goals
- Partner with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
- Keep accurate, compliant documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to the multidisciplinary team
