Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language pathology within school settings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for preschool and school-aged students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and tailor therapy goals
- Implement evidence-based interventions in both individual and group sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy, progress, and compliance in accordance with school policies
- Contribute actively to multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer consultation and support to educators and parents to foster communication skills in the classroom and beyond
