Qualifications:
- Current Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Experience supporting school-aged children with communication disorders
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging assessments and individualized therapy to students identified with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to support academic and social success
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and share expertise with multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
