School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Cleveland, Ohio

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
- Current Ohio SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting
- Skilled in conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, and providing both individual and group therapy
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Collaborative spirit for effective work with staff and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Deliver speech-language therapy sessions individually and in groups
- Document student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Work alongside teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Attend pertinent meetings and contribute to student success discussions
