Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ communication needs
- Delivering therapy services through both one-on-one and group sessions
- Collaborating closely with teachers and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintaining accurate documentation and regularly communicating progress with families and the educational team
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
- Current Ohio SLP license (CCC preferred)
- Previous experience working in school settings with children of diverse backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
