Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain it
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in working within pediatric and school settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities in partnership with educational staff
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in one-on-one and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student success
- Maintain thorough, timely progress reports and documentation in line with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives
