Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for student files and meetings
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and professional development initiatives
