Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal skills, organization, and a passion for working with children
What you’ll do:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support each student’s academic and social success
- Implement direct therapy and consultative services focused on articulation, language, social communication, voice, fluency, and AAC
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review goals and share progress
- Offer guidance and education for staff and families to reinforce strategies in the classroom and at home
