Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
- Active Ohio SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience delivering speech therapy in school settings
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders among students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy in both individual and group formats
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and other professionals to support and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Document progress and participate in team meetings to ensure student goals are achieved
