Make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ success in the classroom as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist! This opportunity is available for either full-time or part-time commitment (20 hours per week), with the assignment running through May 16, 2025. You’ll work in a collaborative, student-focused school setting, providing essential speech and language services to help children overcome communication barriers and reach their academic goals.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address students’ unique needs
- Provide effective speech therapy in both individual and group formats
- Work closely with educators and the school team to develop and implement IEPs, ensuring students receive optimal support
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
- Current, active Ohio SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience serving children in a school environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
