Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
- Current, active Ohio SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience providing speech-language services in schools or with pediatric populations
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Passion for empowering students to achieve their fullest potential
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and tailored therapy interventions
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions both one-on-one and in group settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support positive outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
