- A preschool-focused assignment, requiring 4-5 days each week. This includes one dedicated day for evaluations, followed by three days working directly in preschool classrooms.
- An additional role providing therapy services (no evaluations required) for students in both preschool and elementary settings, with a focus solely on treatment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current SLP license valid in Ohio and CCC credentials
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering communication development in young learners
- Flexibility to work across multiple school environments as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments (for evaluation role)
- Deliver individualized or group therapy sessions to students across age groups
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school standards
- Engage with families and staff to foster supportive educational communities
