Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably within school settings
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students across various grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, language, voice, fluency, and social communication needs
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all state/federal requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote generalization of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on goals and strategies
- Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups within classroom and pull-out settings
