Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in 4th/5th grade, high school, K-3rd, and middle school settings.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes.
- Document progress and adapt interventions to ensure continued student success.
- Travel between assigned buildings as needed within the standard 8:30–3:55 work hours.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license/certification in Michigan or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible, positive attitude toward travel and adapting to varied school environments
