Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working with elementary, middle school, and/or high school populations
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Adaptable and committed to supporting diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in 4th/5th grade and high school (approximately 50 students across two sites)
- Provide support to K–3rd and middle school aged students (approximately 35 students)
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations, documenting findings and developing tailored IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, administration, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communication logs
- Attend IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as required
