Position Details:
- Elementary caseload (K-5th grade) at a single, well-resourced campus
- 0.5 FTE (18.75 hours weekly), on-site presence required
- Immediate start through May 27, 2027
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Virginia SLP license required
- School-based SLP experience preferred but not mandatory
- TB test and on-site background check with HR (time-sensitive for credentialing)
- Dedication to supporting students’ communication and language development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide evidence-based therapy
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to RTI/MTSS processes
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for all students
