In this role, you’ll provide services to two different caseloads:
- Work with 4th/5th grade and high school students across two buildings, supporting a caseload of approximately 50 students.
- Alternatively, serve K-3rd and middle school students in another building, with a caseload of about 35 students.
- Typical work hours run from 8:30 am to 3:55 pm, providing a steady and predictable workday.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license and ASHA CCCs (Clinical Certificate of Competence)
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage documentation and contribute to IEPs effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Document services, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Empower students to develop and achieve communication goals
- Adapt therapy approaches to address individual student needs across diverse age ranges
