What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Dedication to fostering a supportive, engaging learning environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy to students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor and report progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and uphold compliance with state/federal guidelines
- Provide consultative support to staff to promote best practices in language and speech development
- Engage students in motivating, outcome-driven interventions tailored to their needs
