Qualifications:
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of California
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with educators, staff, and families
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for a diverse caseload of TK-5 elementary students
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate therapy into the classroom
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in student support and multidisciplinary team meetings
