You’ll be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations, designing individualized treatment plans, delivering targeted speech and language therapy, and carefully documenting each student’s progress. What You’ll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also welcome
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desired
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Capability to thrive both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments for students presenting with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address specific speech and language goals
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions and adapt strategies for optimal student progress
  • Maintain timely, detailed documentation tracking student performance and therapy outcomes
  • Partner effectively with school staff, caregivers, and fellow specialists to ensure coordinated care and student success
  • Empower and guide families to support continued development at home
