What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also welcome
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desired
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills
- Capability to thrive both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments for students presenting with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address specific speech and language goals
- Provide engaging therapy sessions and adapt strategies for optimal student progress
- Maintain timely, detailed documentation tracking student performance and therapy outcomes
- Partner effectively with school staff, caregivers, and fellow specialists to ensure coordinated care and student success
- Empower and guide families to support continued development at home
