Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for students with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student’s unique needs
- Conduct engaging therapy sessions aimed at achieving targeted speech and language objectives
- Track student progress through precise documentation and regular progress updates
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care
- Educate and empower families to become active participants in their child’s therapy
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid or eligible state Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong consideration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with students, families, and colleagues
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
