Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current (or eligible for) state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Active license approval by the respective State Board of Speech Language Pathology
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals
- Document and monitor student progress accurately and consistently
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to coordinate care
- Provide education and support to families, fostering involvement in the therapeutic process
