Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students presenting with speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions, targeting a range of communication goals
- Maintain detailed progress notes and documentation in compliance with school and clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive, student-centered support
- Communicate regularly with families to educate and involve them in the therapy process
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure, or eligibility for licensure, in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged clients strongly preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven capacity to work both independently and as an active team contributor
