Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fairfield, CA

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in school-based settings or a strong interest in educational environments
- Familiarity with assessment, treatment planning, and IEP development
- Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on educational and therapeutic goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clinical insight and recommendations to student support teams
- Provide support, education, and resources to teachers and parents to foster student growth and success
