Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Designing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Providing engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
- Accurately monitoring and documenting student progress
- Collaborating with educators, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care
- Educating and involving families in the therapy process, ensuring continuity and support at home
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in schools or with pediatric populations is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
