Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Massachusetts (MA SLP licensure)
- DESE Licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred
- Experience or strong comfort level working in school settings across K-12 populations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough records and documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Consult and support school staff in best practices for fostering communication development
