Key Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP licensure
- Current DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous school setting experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations (K–12)
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to K–12 students with varying communication disorders
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Complete required documentation and progress reports in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations for school-based SLP practice
