Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current certification/license to practice as an SLP in Washington State
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs will also be considered
- Experience working within school settings, providing direct and consultative services
- Ability to develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide screening, assessment, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student success
- Maintain thorough documentation of progress and required compliance paperwork
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team-based planning
- Adapt and modify interventions based on evolving student needs
