Desired Qualifications:

- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) issued by ASHA
- Previous experience working in school environments preferred
- Thorough understanding of IEP process and best practices for intervention
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and planning efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students with a range of needs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
- Deliver evidence-based interventions in individual, small group, and classroom settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, maintaining up-to-date documentation in accordance with federal and state requirements
- Offer guidance and education for parents and staff to advance students’ progress both in and out of the classroom
- Monitor and report on student performance, adjusting therapy approaches as necessary
