- Valid Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience within school settings preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds considered
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to tailor intervention plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for speech and language goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with school district requirements
- Partner closely with teachers, staff, and family members to maximize student success
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
