Qualifications & Experience:
• Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and evidence-based intervention strategies
• Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse backgrounds and needs
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver assessments and speech-language therapy services to a caseload of students
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address speech, language, voice, and communication challenges
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on goals and progress
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, counselors, and families to support student development
• Maintain accurate documentation and report progress in accordance with school guidelines
• Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices
