What we’re looking for:
- Current and valid SLPA license
- Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language pathology
- Familiarity with effective therapy techniques for diverse student populations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with SLP supervisors and educational teams
- Commitment to upholding ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students under the supervision of an onsite SLP-CCC
- Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and track student progress
- Prepare therapy materials and document sessions accurately
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Participate in supervision and professional development activities
- Adapt interventions based on supervisor guidance and student needs
