Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads
- Comfort supporting early childhood, elementary, and/or K–12 students
- Familiarity with a range of student communication needs, including moderate to profound
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to each student’s unique profile
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to holistic student support plans
This position offers weekly compensation at a highly competitive hourly rate from $40 to $60, as well as comprehensive healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
