Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as an SLP.
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; strong CFY applicants also considered.
- Experience working with pediatric populations across early childhood and elementary school settings.
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a compassionate, student-centered approach.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language interventions to students with diverse needs.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to IEPs and goal setting.
