In this role, you’ll provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 40 to 60 preschoolers, working collaboratively with another SLP in the same building for mentorship and collaboration. You can choose between two schedule options: 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM or 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, providing flexibility to fit your lifestyle—all while working a manageable 37.5 hours per week. As part of a dedicated team, you’ll implement individualized education plans (IEPs), conduct assessments, and offer direct therapy that has a tangible impact on students’ growth and confidence.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Colorado SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Experience with or passion for preschool-aged children
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- School-based SLP experience preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each child
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ progress
- Maintain accurate records and complete compliance documentation
