Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fountain, CO
Step into a rewarding full-time opportunity supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist! This contract position offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference with a preschool caseload in a dynamic educational environment. Your schedule covers 37.5 hours a week with your choice of two consistent shifts: either 7:15 am to 3:15 pm or 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, allowing you to select the hours that best suit your daily routine. Caseloads range between 40 and 60 students, giving you the opportunity to have a direct impact on early communication skills and development.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and SLP certification, or eligibility to obtain them
- Previous experience in a school setting, especially working with preschool-aged children, preferred but not required
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Dedication to fostering growth and confidence in every child
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to preschool students within the school day
- Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other SLPs for student success
- Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in team meetings
- Provide inclusive, engaging interventions in group and individual settings
Compensation falls within an attractive range of $45 to $65 per hour, reflecting your skills and experience level.
