Step into a full-time opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting preschool students in a vibrant and collaborative school environment. You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, following a schedule of either 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM or 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, providing a workday that fits your life. The preschool caseload typically ranges from 40 to 60 students, allowing for focused, individualized interventions and truly rewarding student outcomes. Compensation ranges from $45 to $65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP licensure for the state and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY
- Previous experience in a school setting, especially with preschool or early childhood populations, is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Collaborative approach and openness to partnering with another on-site SLP
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy services to preschool-aged students
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage with teachers, staff, and families to support each child’s developmental goals
- Consult with the on-site SLP to share strategies and resources, building a supportive professional community
