Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure for Colorado or ability to obtain
- Previous pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing preschool caseloads (40-60 students)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to preschool students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with another SLP in the building for support
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Document progress and maintain accurate reports in compliance with school requirements
