Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP licensure in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience with pediatric caseloads and/or schools strongly desired
- Comfort with teletherapy and in-person services across grades K-12
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to K-12 students
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with district and legal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and support students’ academic and functional communication
