Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
- Experience in school settings and/or pediatric populations
- Comfortable working with diverse K-12 caseloads, addressing a range of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services—both in-person and via teletherapy, as needed
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success
- Participate in team meetings, develop strategies, and support academic and social growth through effective communication interventions
