Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Active state licensure as required for school-based practice
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations (K-12)
- Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for helping students overcome speech, language, and social challenges
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct therapy services, both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to integrate speech-language services into students’ educational programs
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and ongoing evaluation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Offer guidance and resources to educators and families on communication strategies
