Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in the state of Virginia (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Teletherapy (VOCO) experience a plus
- Comfortable working with elementary-age children
- Experience leading or supervising an SLPA valued
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 80 elementary students
- Conduct evaluations, craft treatment plans, and deliver speech/language intervention
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and specialized teams
- Documentation and progress monitoring as required by the school
- Potentially supervise and mentor an SLPA
- Deliver services onsite (preference), with openness to future VOCO/teletherapy options
