Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) addressing speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
- Conduct assessments and interpret results to identify student strengths and areas of need
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and staff development activities
- Deliver services both in-person and via teletherapy, as needed
