Key Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Open to SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience is valued
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in caseload as details are still being finalized
  • Ability to engage students in both group and individual sessions
  • Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive school culture

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver direct therapy—in-person—on a regular schedule (no virtual/VOCO services required at this time)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and ensure compliance with educational plans
  • Monitor and document progress while adjusting interventions as required
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of student programming
