Key Qualifications:
- Valid NM state Speech-Language Pathology license
- Current NM teacher certification (NMPED)
- Open to both Clinical Fellows (CF) and those holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy services for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify speech and language needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers, families, and staff to promote supportive learning environments
