Qualifications you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license allowing you to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong interest or experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedication to creating supportive, individualized treatment plans
- Comfort providing therapy and evaluations in a school environment
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students to determine speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver direct therapy, monitor progress, and make timely updates to student goals
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communication with staff and families
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
