Requirements:
- Current or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)

- Experience or training within school-based or pediatric speech therapy settings
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse K-12 caseload
- Skilled in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students individually and in groups
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and progress monitoring for students with communication needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop IEP goals and participate in meetings as needed
- Document sessions and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
