Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or interest in serving K-12 students across various needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual IEPs
- Track student progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and create a nurturing learning environment
- Engage in collaborative problem-solving and team-driven interventions
- Provide in-person support as a seamless replacement for the previous virtual therapist
